well, that might price him out of the budget. i'm thinking if he gets too far above 40k, his conscience and most importantly, my MOM, might intervene.

My dad's 78, and he's more interested in one of these. The idea of spending over $30K for a car would send him into shock. But, when he's done with it, I wouldn't mind taking it off of his hands. Big, comfy & safe is starting to look really tempting in my mid-40's.
